2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the Nepalgunj Nursing Campus, Banke, Nepal and e-GP website www.bolpatra.gov.np.

3. Bidders have only option to submit their bid electronically & may download the bidding documents for esubmission from PPMO's e-GP i.e. www.bopatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following account

4. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-GP system i.e. www.bopatra.gov.np/egp on or before 18-07-2025 12:00 PM. Quotations received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 18-07-2025 13:00 PM at the office of Nepalgunj Nursing Campus, Banke.

6. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting mentioned in table above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. [Refer Clause ITB 20.1]). If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the electronic bid.

7. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with public procurement act, 2063 and public procurement regulation, 2064(including amendment) and other prevailing rules and regulation of Nepal.
