As per Sub-section 2, Clause 2 (6) of Section 11 of the Local Government Administration Act, 2074 BS and Sub-section 1 (f) of Section 64 of the same Act and the Finance Act and Revised Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) Report of this Tripurasundari Rural Municipality, for the financial year 2082/83, it has been decided to carry out the excavation, sale and export of riverine materials (stone, gravel, sand and gravel) etc. from the following ghats within the jurisdiction of this Rural Municipality through a fee settlement contract. Therefore, interested firms or companies who meet the eligibility criteria are requested to submit their applications along with the necessary documents and subject to the conditions mentioned in the schedule to the Internal Revenue Account No. of the Rural Municipality. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned by submitting the bid fee of Rs. 5000 (non-refundable) separately in GA 1.1-16701400000116 and downloading the bid form from the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and depositing the amount equal to 5% of the total bid score in the rural municipality's deposit account no. GA. 3.1 - 16701400000178 along with the original bank voucher or bank guarantee (bid bond) issued in the name of this office from a 'A' class bank licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank with a validity of at least 120 days. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
