Notice inviting bids for collection and sale of riverine products

In accordance with the provisions of Sub-section 2(d)(6) of Section 11 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 BS and Section 62(a), this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to participate in the bidding process by attaching the renewal certificate of their firm/company, Value Added Tax Registration Certificate, Tax Payment Certificate as per the rules, and subject to the conditions mentioned in the notice posted on the official portal of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office https://www/bolpatra/gov/np/egp and the details as per the details, in order to arrange the contract for the remaining period of the financial year 2082/083 by excavating and collecting riverine materials from the approved ghats of the rivers and streams mentioned in the schedule, as per the decision of this municipality dated 2082/06/24. Bid form can be filled out in accordance with the procedure from the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPO) website https://www.bolpatra.gov.np.egp.

Conditions:

1. Within the 30th day from the date of publication of the notice for the first time, within the office hours of the 30th day, the bid fee account group C-1-1 account no. 20901003010004, the amount of Rs. 3000 (non-refundable) fee paid, the renewal registration certificate of the firm/company doing construction work, the VAT registration certificate and the copies of the income tax payment certificates up to the financial year 2081/082 can be attached and the bid form can be filled as per the rules by downloading the bid form from the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) https://www/bolpatra/gov/np/egp on the above-mentioned day.

2. The bidders must deposit 5% of the total number of marks in the bid form in this office, Gaighat, Ra.ba Bank Group C-3 Deposit Account No. 20901003000004, and submit the original bank voucher or a bank guarantee (bid bond) issued by a bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank in the name of this office with a validity of at least 120 days. The amount deposited as deposit cannot be included in the installment.

3. A separate bid form must be purchased for each package and the package must be clearly identified when registering.

4. Each page of the purchased bids must be signed and stamped, with the name of the firm or company, the name and number of the contract, and submitted to this office through electronic bidding by 12:00 PM on the 31st day from the date of first publication of the notice.

5. Sealed bids received for registration will be opened at this office at 1:00 PM on the last day for registration in the presence of the bidder or his representative. There will be no impediment to opening the bid even if the bidder or his representative is not present.

6. The matters mentioned herein shall be as mentioned therein and the matters not mentioned herein shall be as mentioned in the prevailing acts, rules, laws and terms of the agreement.
