3. Bidder can only bid electronically through e-procurement section of PPMO's website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp

4. Online bids must be valid for a given Bid Validity Period for tenders counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

5. Any conditions so far not covered shall be as per Public Procurement Act 2063 (Amendment-2073), and Public Procure-ment Regulation 2064. Any amendments in tender notice shall be published in e-procurement section.

6. Bank Guarantee shall be in the format specified in the bid documents otherwise rejected.

7. Triyuga Municipality Office, Gaighat, Udayapur reserves the right to reject or accept or cancel any bid partially or in full, without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
