The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Nepal is organizing the sale of its surplus office vehicles/motorbikes on "as-is-where-is" basis.

Items Inspection & Bid Form Collection: Monday-Tuesday, 23-24 June 2025 between 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at UN House, Pulchowk, Lalitpur office in Nepal.

Bid Submission: Wednesday-Thursday, 25-26 June 2025 at UN Reception at UN House by 3:00 pm. (Instruction will be provided on the Bid Submission Form. Bid form can be collected from UN Reception and vehicle information will be displayed at the inspection site.

The sealed bid must be marked for individual lot/items and to be addressed to The Bid Opening Committee (UNDP/UNDSS Nepal). Goods once sold will not be accepted back for any reason.

UN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY OR ALL BID OFFERS WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON/S WHATSOEVER
