Bid Form Collection: UNHCR Reception in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, from 08 to 12 September 2025, 11:00 hrs. – 15:00 hrs.

Bid Submission: 08 to 12 September 2025, 11:00 hrs. – 15:00 hrs.

Sealed bids marked "Bids for used vehicles" should be addressed to: The Bid Opening Committee, UNHCR, Anil Kuti, Dhara Marg 1, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu-4, Nepal.

Bidders will have to submit the bids envelop together with earnest money at the Finance Section of UNHCR office in Kathmandu. The earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidder. Vehicle/s or goods once sold will be not accepted back for any refund.

UNHCR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON THEREOF.
