Invitation for Bids for the supply and delivery of Hardtop Jeep

1. University of Nepal invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following equipment under National competition Bidding (NCB) of Single stage single envelope Procedure

for the supply and delivery of Hardtop Jeep

All others not mentioned in description will be as per approved technical specification

Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of University of Nepal or may visit e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp

2. Electronic Bidding Document is available online and can be downloded on or before 12:00 Hours on 31st day from the date of publication. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted on 31st day from the date of publication.

3. The Bidder shall be required to deposit the non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000 in the following account as specified below and electronic scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall also be submitted along with the electronic bid files.

4. Bidder Shall submit the electronic bid through website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours on or before 31st day from the date of publication as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids received by the above mentioned deadline shall be opened electronically in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address above at 14:00 Hours on 31st day from the date of publication.

5. In case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other documents, the University of Nepal reserves the right to amend and correct at any time. The figure for the bid amount must be clear if any discrepancy may occur then the figure written in word is valid.

6. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security amounting as stated above deposited at (Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd., Account Number 1870100000304001, Branch, Durbarmarg) or bid bond authorized from a recognized commercial bank of Nepal, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline. cal new

8. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instruction to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Non compliance with this instruction shall result in disqualification.

9. University of Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever. how

10. All other conditions of the bidding process will be as per the public Procurement act 2063 and Public procurement regulation 2064.
