E-Vid Notice regarding invitation to bid for procurement

1. Urlabari Municipal Corporation Office, Morang invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the purchase of various agricultural implements through national and local level open sealed bids.

2. Eligible sealed bidders may contact this office for further information or to view (study) the sealed bid documents.

3. Sealed bid documents can be purchased through e-bid by affixing a stamp of Rs. 20.- within office hours by the 30th day from the date of first publication of this notice by the office and paying the prescribed revenue amount of Rs. 3000.- (non-refundable) (to Revenue Account No. 0601701150595148).

4. Interested firms, companies, suppliers or organizations, while purchasing the quotation form, can purchase copies of the relevant business license or firm registration certificate renewed for the year 2082.083, permanent account number, (PAN/VAT citizenship certificate and tax payment certificate up to the year 2081.082, certified by a recognized notary public, and must be attached to the application. The proprietor can purchase it in person or by sending a representative with official approval.

5. While submitting the bid form, the sealed bid form can be registered at the Municipal Executive Office by an authorized person by addressing it to this office in a sealed envelope within 12.00 hours from the date of first publication of this notice, stating the name, address, phone number and details of the work for which the sealed bid form is being submitted. The sealed bid form can be registered at the Municipal Executive Office by the authorized person. The registered form should bear the signature of the head of the office and the seal of this office.

6. The registered bid forms will be opened on the 31st day at 1.00 PM sharp during office hours in the presence of the sealed bidders or their representatives and the representatives of the office. The absence of the bidders or their representatives will not prevent the opening of the sealed bids.

If the last day for submission and opening of sealed bid forms falls on a public holiday, the work will be done on the next day immediately following the holiday, at the same time. (Office Deposit Account No.-0601701150595024) 7.

8. The sealed bid will be valid for a minimum period of 120 days from the date of bid opening.

9. When submitting a sealed bid, the rate excluding Value Added Tax must be submitted.

10. This office shall have the sole right to accept or reject sealed bids.

11. Matters not mentioned in this notice shall be as per the Public Procurement Act 2063 BS and Public Procurement Regulations 2064 BS and the prevailing Act, Bidding Documents and other matters as per the rules as provided by the office.
