Notice regarding hiring a shop assistant

Since the previous contract for the lease of the shophouses of Tindhara Sanskrit Hostel located at Durbar Marg under Valmiki Vidyapeeth has expired from 2082 Jestha 16, the said shophouses should be leased in the same condition as they are, it is hereby notified that the persons, firms/companies or other entities registered under Value Added Tax who are interested in leasing the shophouses are requested to register their bids in a proper manner, clearly stating the rent they can afford to pay. Interested bidders will have to submit their bids in one lump sum for the same. Bid forms can be purchased from Valmiki Vidyapeeth Kathmandu and Tindhara Sanskrit Hostel Kathmandu during office hours on a non-refundable payment of Rs. 7,000/- (Seven thousand in characters) only and can be registered at the same places. Bid forms should be purchased within the office hours of the fifteenth day from the date of publication of this notice for the second time and should be registered by 2:00 PM on the sixteenth day. The bids registered by the due date will be opened at Valmiki Vidyapeeth Kathmandu after 3:00 PM on the 16th day from the date of publication of the notice for the second time. The right to accept or reject the bids will remain with the tender committee.
