Veterinary Hospital and Livestock Services Expert Centre, Koshi Province, Khotang invites open competition bidding from eligible bidders for the Procurement (Supply and delivery) of Livestock vaccine Logistics for VHLSEC, Khotang under Seal Quotation procedure. Please refer to the complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from Veterinary Hospital and Livestock Service Expert Centre, Khotang. eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, VAT and PAN Registration Certificates & Tax Clearance Certificate for the Fiscal Year 2080/081 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 till 2082/05/16 (1 September, 2025) during office hours. 3. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Veterinary Hospital and Livestock Service Expert Centre, Khotang by handly. On or before 12:00 hours noon, 2082/05/17 (2nd September, 2025) for tender. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 2082/05/17 (2nd September, 2025) at the office of Veterinary Hospital and Livestock Service Expert Centre, Khotang. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of 55,500.00 NRS, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid 2082/07/29 (15th November, 2025). If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Bank Name: Rastriya Banijya Bank, Diktel Office Code no:3120208011 Account holder's Name: Province Treasury Units -Dharuti Khata Account Number: 2060100202030000 and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation.

5. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

6. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
