6. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office Veterinary Hospital and Livestock Service Expert Center, Bhojpur through the name of e-GP system i.e www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp] on or before 2082/05/15 (31st Augest 2025) on 12:00 Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2082/05/15 (31st Augest 2025) 13:00 at the office of Veterinary Hospital and Livestock Service Expert Center, Bhojpur, Koshi Province Nepal Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of 50000 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
