3. Veterinary Hospital and Livestock Services Expert Center, Koshi Province, Jhapa invites open competition bidding from eligible bidders for the Procurement (Supply and delivery) of Livestock vaccine Logistics for VHLSEC Jhapa under National Competitive Bidding procedure. Please refer to the complete set of bidding documents for detail information through website: www.bolpatra.gov.np. The bidders must download the Bidding Documents through e-GP portal of PPMO website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-GP of PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/epg. The bidders shall pay on non-refundable fee via. Following account.

5. The bids must be submitted on or before 12:00 hours noon, 2082/05/22 (7th September, 2025) for tender. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. The accepted e-Bid shall be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours on 2082/05/22 (7th September, 2025). Non- attendance of any or all the bidder's representative shall not hinder the opening of the bids.

7. Bid must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied bya bid security with scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of 1,40,000.00 NRs which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a Government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

9. Bids should comply in all respects with Instructions to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Non-compliance with this instruction shall result in disqualification.

10. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 and other prevailing rules and regulations.
