As per the provisions of Section 62(a) of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 and Section 15 of the Byas Municipality Finance Act 2081, the contract has to be arranged to excavate riverine products as per the prescribed standards from the approved ghats of the rivers mentioned in the details and sell them at the rate prescribed by the municipality. Therefore, interested individuals, firms or companies should submit the renewal certificate of the firm, VAT registration certificate/permanent account registration certificate, tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081, certified copies of Nepali citizenship certificate and participate in the bidding process subject to the conditions as per the details. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

As per the rules, the bids that have been registered will be opened at this office at 2:00 PM on the 31st day in the presence of the bidders. There will be no obstacle in opening the bids even if the bidders are not present. If the last day of bid opening falls on a holiday, the mentioned activities will be carried out on the next day when the office is open at the same time. news
