2. Bidders may download the bidding documents and submit their bids electronically through e-procurement at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp PPMO's portals specified in the bidding data sheet. Bidders should deposit the equivalent fee for bidding document in the respective Revenue Account Number 1000100201010003, Rajashwa Heading No- 14229, Office Code No-3130135013 (of WRIDD, Kathmandu) in Rastriya Banijya Bank, Kathmandu Branch and Bank Guarantee as bid security issued by a Commercial Bank in Nepal drawn in favor of the WRIDD, Kathmandu, in the format supplied in the bid document or the form acceptable to the WRIDD, Kathmandu. Bids shall be valid for as mention above from the last date of submission of bids. Bid Security shall be valid 28 days beyond the validity period of the bid. A Pre-bid Meeting shall be held at WRIDD, Kathmandu on 24th Ashad 2082 at 14:00 hrs.

3. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp (on or before 12:00) on 2082/04/01, Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at mention above date at the office of Water Resources and Irrigation Development Division, Kathmandu.

5. Other things not included in bidding documents will be as per PPA 2063 and PPR 2064 and ADB Procurement Guidelines. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
