1. The Government of Nepal [GoN] has received a credit from the World Bank towards the cost of Water Sector Governance and Infrastructure Support Project (WaSGISP) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Renovation and Maintenance of National Water Supply and Sanitation Training Center at Nagarkot. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 (Revised February 2025).

2. The Water Sector Governance and Infrastructure Support Project (WaSGISP), Panipokhari, Kathmandu invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Painting, Water Proofing, Parquet Installation, Epoxy Grouting, Dismantling Works, Interior Refurbishment, Electrical works, Lightings and other Miscellaneous works for National Water Supply and Sanitation Training Center at Nagarkot for a period of 12 months under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage One Envelope Bidding procedures.

Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the last 5 years: NRs 17.60 million

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: NRs 8.17 million

3. Eligible Bidders may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bidding documents are available online and can be downloaded from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested Bidders should deposit NRs 3,000 (three thousand) as the cost of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Project Management Office, WaSGISP, Panipokhari, Kathmandu at 14:00 Hrs on July 31, 2025

6. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp_on or before 12:00 Hrs. NST on August 17, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs on August 17, 2025 at the office of Project Management Unit, WaSGISP, Panipokhari, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid until November 15, 2025 and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format amounting to a minimum of NRs. 270,000 (two hundred seventy thousand only), which shall be valid until December 15, 2025)
