Water Supply & Sanitation Division Office, Malangwa, Sarlahi invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for The Drilling & installation of 100mm dia PVC deep tubewell WSP under National Competitive Bidding procedures. Estimate Amount is Nrs 2560639.32 (Inclusive Vat & PS)

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Water Supply & Sanitation Division office, Malangwa, Sarlahi or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by eligible Bidders electronically upon payment of a non- refundable fee of 3000.00 NRs. till 2025/08/13 12:00 Hour.

Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp,. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost(as specified above) of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Water Supply & Sanitation Division Office Malangwa, Sarlahi through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before 12:00 pm on 13-08-2025 Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 pm on 13-08-2025 at the office of Malangwa, Sarlahi. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of 65000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid Nacces

6. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

7. The Intended Completion Date for the whole of the Works shall be 09-10-2025.

8. Any discrepancies or error bid document, bid notice or any other document will be as per Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 and other Nepal Law and the office of WSSDO provice reserves the right to amend, corect and cancel the tender at any time.
