1. Water Supply and Sewerage Management Office, Chitwan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction work under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

2. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Water Supply and Sewerage Management Office, Bharatpur-10, Chitwan, Bagamati Province, Nepal, at 11-09-2025 11:00.

3. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours on 21-09-2025 Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 21-09-2025 13:00 hours at Water Supply and Sewerage Management Office, Bharatpur-10, Chitwan, Bagamati Province, Nepal.

5. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

6. Any conditions so far not covered shall be as per Public Procurement Act-2063 and Public Procurement Regulation-2064. Any amendments in tender notice or bid document shall be published in notice board of office or PPMO's website.
