1. The Water Supply, Water Resources and Irrigation Development Division Office, Myagdi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders (Pipe Manufacturer, Suppliers, Forms, and Company) for the procurement of following Goods for different Water Supply and Sanitation Projects under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Water Supply, Water Resources and Irrigation Development Division Office, Myagdi Tel. Phone: 069-521225, Email: idsdmyagdi@gmail.com, wsirmyagdi@gandaki.gov.np or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Complete set of Bidding Document can be downloaded from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders should deposit the cost of bidding Documents (Nrs. 3000.00) in the Rajaswa (revenue) Account Number and Bid Security amount in Deposit (Dharauti) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit Voucher shall be uploaded by the time of electronic submission of the bids.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or 14-Aug, 2025 (2082-04-29). Bids received after this deadline will be before 12:00 mid day on rejected. ne

6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on the last date of bid submission at the office of Water Supply, Water Resource and Irrigation Development Division Office, Myagdi. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs as mentioned below, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

8. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annual the process and reject all bids at any time to contract award,

9. Other related rules and regulations are as per Public Procurement Act (PPA), 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation (PPR), the provisions of this document shall be void to the extent of such inconsistency and the provisions of PPA and PPR prevail
