Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing or related field
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or field marketing is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and marketing skills
• Willingness to work on targets and performance-based remuneration model
• Two wheeler driving liscense is preffered for field movement
• Proficiency in computer applications and softwares

• Business development and sales
• Client relationship management
• Market expansion and field activities
• Performance reporting and KPI Tracking
• Compliance and Coordination
