Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Management from a recognized university is preferrable
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in cooperative, bank, or financial institutions
• Sound knowledge of Cooperative Act, 2074 and cooperative operations
• Loan appraisal and monitoring skills
• Fieldwork ability and member interaction experiences
• Proficiency in computer applications and cooperative accounting software

Key Responsibilities

• Loan processig, analysis and documentation
• Loan disbursement and recovery
• Loan monitoring and portfolio management
• Member services and financial counseling
• Compliance and risk management
• Marketing and business development
• Reporting and coordination
