Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in management from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in cooperative, bank, or financial institutions
• Sound knowledge of Cooperative Act, 2074 and cooperative operations
• Proficiency in computer applications and cooperative accounting software

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daytoday accounting and operations
• Delinquency and recovery management
• Ensure compliance with cooperative laws, bylaws, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee savings, credit, and financial operations
• Coordinate with Line Manager(s), Senior Management, auditors and regulatory bodies
• Supervise staff and improve service delivery to members
• Pre-scheduled financial reporting and assignments
