A leading company in the food industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead its sales strategy and operations across Nepal.
Position: National Sales Manager
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Industry: Food / FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team across all regions.
- Expand market presence and strengthen distributor/retailer networks.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities and drive performance.
- Coordinate closely with marketing and supply chain teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA graduate (preferred in Marketing or Sales).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales & marketing.
- Prior experience in the Food Industry or FMCG sector is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
