A leading company in the food industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead its sales strategy and operations across Nepal.

 

Position: National Sales Manager

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Industry: Food / FMCG

 


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team across all regions.
  • Expand market presence and strengthen distributor/retailer networks.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities and drive performance.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and supply chain teams.

 


 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA graduate (preferred in Marketing or Sales).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales & marketing.
  • Prior experience in the Food Industry or FMCG sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
