A leading Merchant Bank in Kathmandu invites applications from highly motivated, dynamic and result-oriented Nepali citizens for the following positions in the Issue Management Department. The roles will support and execute services related to public offerings, rights issue and other capital market instruments in compliance with SEBON's Merchant Banker Regulation, 2064 and related directives.

Job Responsibilities (TOR)

• Lead and manage public issue projects (IPO, FPO, Rights, Debentures, Mutual Funds)
• Prepare offer documents, due diligence reports, agreements and coordinate with clients and regulators
• Ensure full compliance with SEBON regulations and circulars
• Manage application collection centers, allotment, refund and listing process
• Supervise junior staff and coordinate with CDSC, SEBON, NEPSE and Registrar to Shares

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Management/Finance/Economics or related field with 2 years of experience.

Or

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or related field with Minimum 3 years of experience in capital market, preferably in issue management.
