Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure sustainable growth of the Bank,
• with re Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards,
• Drive sustainable growth, profitability, and risk management,
• Strengthen organizational capability and stakeholder relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master's Degree in Management, Banking, Finance, Monetary, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or Law,
• Chartered Accountancy or Graduate Degree in Management, Banking, Finance, Monetary, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Accountancy, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Law in the Banking and Financial Sector, Government Agency, Organization, University or similar work having at least ten years of work experience at the official level or above in an international association or organization,
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and regulatory framework,
• Must meet "Fit & Proper" criteria as prescribed by Nepal Rastra Bank,
• Age limit: Not Exceeding 55 years as on Last date of application.

Key Competencies

• Strategic thinking and leadership excellence,
• High integrity and professional ethics,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Proven experience in credit risk and portfolio management.
