A National Level Development Bank having corporate office at Kathmandu is looking for applicants for the following position from qualified Nepalese citizens.

Post : Head-Human Resources (up to Assistant Manager)

Required : One

Qualification & Experience :

1. Having Master's Degree in Management/Economics or related field from recognized University with minimum second division marks.
2. Having at least 5 years of working experience and at least one year of experience in relevant field in Banking and Financial Institutions licensed by NRB.
3. Age should not exceed 40 years for Officer level and should not exceed 45 years for Managerial level as on the last date of the application.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process and the corporate position shall be offered commensurate with the prior experience of the candidates. The bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. Canvassing at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification.
