A reputed NGO engaged in Child Rights Advocacy, TVET and Child Protection for over more than four decades solicits applications from qualified Nepalese citizens for the position of Technical Director based in Kathmandu Valley.

The Technical Director will be appointed initially on a contract for two years period (with possibility of extension) and will be responsible under the directions of Seniors, for the following activities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the Organization's Vision and Mission related to Child / Youth Rights and TVET.
• Build, Maintain and Develop relationships with Donors, Governmental Agencies, and funding partners.
• Develop and Negotiate Project Proposal Reports & Program Contracts while ensuring effective resource mobilization.
• Represent organization to stakeholders, for enhancing its profile through networking and advocacy.
• Assist in Financial and Human Resource management.

The interested candidates should have Strong Leadership, Management, and Strategic planning skills along with:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (or any discipline) with Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Management or any other relevant field with a minimum of Five years of Senior Management experience in I/NGOS, Governmental. Agencies or TVET sector (preferred).
• Preferred age group: 35-50 yrs

Fluency in spoken and written skills in English and Nepali languages along with good computer skills is a necessity.
