Marketing Manager

Adar Multi Investment Co. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the sales of a commercial complex. The role involves strategically marketing and selling space to shops, offices, hospital units, banks, flats, and floors to individuals and institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA), Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in marketing or sales field preferably real estate.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and market research.
• Prior experience in designing and marketing commercial properties to drive sales growth would be an added advantage.
• Proven success in closing commercial property deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to sell space to shops, office units, flats, and other commercial properties.
• Identify and engage buyers, investors, and businesses.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals.
• Manage advertising campaigns and market research to drive sales.
