Ace International Business School (Ace IBS), affiliated with Glasgow Caledonian University, UK, offers globally relevant undergraduate and postgraduate programs designed to prepare students for leadership in the international business arena.
To support this vision, the Director of International Partnerships and Academic Development will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to establish and enhance international academic collaborations. This role aims to elevate Ace IBS's global presence and ensure the delivery of high-quality, internationally recognized programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Engagement: Promote and manage student exchange programs, internships, and other opportunities that provide global exposure.
- International Relations: Establish and manage collaborations with global universities and institutions to develop joint programs and exchange initiatives.
- International Program & Project Development: Design and implement globally relevant academic programs and student-focused projects through close engagement with learners.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all international programs comply with both local and international accreditation requirements.
- Faculty Development: Facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty to enhance their competencies in delivering international curricula .
- Cultural Integration: Leverage multilingual skills to foster an inclusive environment that respects and integrates diverse cultural perspectives.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of international experience in academic, corporate, and research roles.
- Strong understanding of global education trends and accreditation processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in multiple languages.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural settings.
- Advanced degree in Business, Education, International Relations, or a related field.
