Position: Operations Head

Key Requirements

• Proven expertise in overseeing and managing operations in remote locations.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages such as Dzongkha or Nepali will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to address operational challenges.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and lead teams through effective leadership and management training.
• Skilled in designing innovative activities that enhance guest engagement and overall satisfaction.
• Willingness to work in remote areas and adapt to flexible working environments.
