Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and creative Event Manager to design, plan, and execute high-impact brand activations, product launches, roadshows, sampling campaigns, and sponsorships that boost brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end to end BTL campaigns, consumer activations, and retail events.
• Coordinate logistics, venues, agency partners, promoters, and event vendors.
• Manage event budgets, ROI evaluations, risk management, and post event reporting.
• Partner with Brand, Sales, and Digital teams to align event goals with brand strategy.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
• Skills: Excellent planning, negotiation, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG marketing, trade activations, and consumer engagement.
• Attributes: Highly organized, innovative thinker, and willing to manage on-ground event operations.
