Position: Modern Trade Incharge/Manager

Location: Birtamod, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur & Rajbiraj, Gaighat, Banepa, Butwal, Dang, Dhangadi, Dhading, Narayanghat, Nepalgunj, Pokhara, Surkhet, Lahan

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong ties with major supermarket and chain store buyers.
• Set and hit monthly or yearly sales targets for large retail chan-nels.
• Negotiate product listing fees, trade terms, shelf space, and joint promotions.
• Ensure correct stock display, planogram compliance, and promo-tional rollout in stores.
• Train, direct, and evaluate field supervisors and instore merchan-disers.
• Track sales data, stock levels, competitor pricing, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of proven sales or key account experience in the FMCG sector.
• Strong negotiation tactics, data analysis, team management, and clear communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting) and inventory tracking tools.
