Job Specifications and Responsibilities

Fashion and Product Design Team Leadership and Project Management International Marketing and Service Design (with a focus on Europe and the USA) Product Development and Quality Management, Brand Management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Fashion Design, Business Administration (MBA), or a closely related field.

Required Experience

• Minimum 8 years of proven professional experience as a senior executive or top-level manager in the fashion industry within European or US markets
• Demonstrable track record managing production, marketing, and design teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.

Language Skills

• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Fluency in Russian will be considered a strong advantage.

Personal Attributes

• Strong leadership qualities with a strategic mindset
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and readiness to tackle business challenges.
• Willingness and ability to reside and work in Nepal for an extended period.

Preference for Nepali citizens.
