This role ensures that all organizational projects are governed, prioritized, resourced, executed, and reported effectively to deliver maximum strategic value. Beyond operational project governance, the role focuses heavily on growing internal project management capabilities across the organization to foster a culture of disciplined execution, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. The position demands a leader who is visionary yet pragmatic, with strong expertise in general project management practices, organizational change, leadership development, and strategic alignment.

• Establish and champion a best-in-class Project Management Framework tailored to the organization's size, complexity, and goals. Oversee the project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational strategy, resource optimization, and timely value delivery. Define and uphold project management standards, policies, methodologies (agile, hybrid, waterfall as applicable), and tools.

 

• Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional project teams across the organization. Ensure rigorous project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting practices. Identify, escalate, and help mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across the project landscape.

 

• Build a "project mindset" across the organization by designing and delivering project management training, coaching, and capability-building programs. Establish professional development pathways for project personnel, including workshops, and mentorships. Introduce modern practices in stakeholder management, leadership in project environments, change agility, and emotional intelligence in project delivery.

 

 

• Act as the bridge between executive leadership and project teams to ensure clarity of priorities, expectations, and progress. Provide senior-level reporting on project portfolio health, including strategic insights and data-driven recommendations. Foster collaborative, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
