Arogya Bhawan Works Pvt. Ltd., the first private ayurvedic pharmaceutical manufacturer in Nepal, is seeking highly motivated, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the following senior-level positions:

Position : Senior Production Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire production lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring to meet production targets efficiently and on time.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities are carried out in strict compliance with GMP guidelines and approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
• Optimize production processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve yield and efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and manage the production staff, fostering a culture of safety and high quality.
• Oversee equipment operation, maintenance schedules, and effective resource allocation.
• Coordinate closely with QA and QC departments to resolve production-related quality issues promptly.

Desired qualifications &experience

• Master's degree in Pharmacy with minimum 1 year / Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, with at least 3 years experience in production department within a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company,
• In-depth knowledge of WHO-GMP and National GMP Code.
