Arogya Bhawan Works Pvt. Ltd., the first private ayurvedic pharmaceutical manufacturer in Nepal, is seeking highly motivated, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the following senior-level positions:

Position : Senior Quality Assurance Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with national and international regulatory standards (National GMP, WHO-GMP, GLP).
• Oversee and manage all documentation related to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage the change control, deviation, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), and non-conformance systems.
• Lead the validation and qualification activities for equipment, processes, and utilities.
• Ensure all staff is trained on GMP and QA principles.

Desired qualifications & experience

• Master's degree in Pharmacy with minimum I year / Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, with at least 3 years experience in quality assurance within a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company,
• In-depth knowledge of WHO-GMP and National GMP Code.
