Bright Horizon Children's Home School, Matatirtha, Chandragiri-8, Kathmandu, is a non-profit institution dedicated to empowering children through quality education, care and holistic development. The school serves around 270 children and provide a nurturing environment that promotes gender equality, social inclusion with quality learning and overall wellbeing. We are seeking dynamic, compassionate individual to serve as a Principal and guide the school toward academic excellence and strong moral values.

Position: Principal

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction and implementation
• Lead academic planning, curriculum implementation and quality assurance
• Supervise coordinators, teachers and staff and effective management of administration and school daily operations
• Ensure safe, inclusive and child friendly environment
• Oversee all aspects of implementation and strengthen learning culture

Qualifications

•  Master's degree in Education or relevant subject
• Strong administrative and academic competence
• Minimum 4-5 years' experience in school supervisory/administrative role
• Fluency in Nepali and English. Strong interpersonal skills
