Basic Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• Fluency in written and spoken English with strong grammar and communication skills

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary-level classroom (freshers with excellent proficiency may also apply)

• Ability to prepare lesson plans, evaluate students’ progress, and maintain classroom discipline

• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital learning tools

• Positive attitude, good teamwork, and a passion for student learning and development
