Position: Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO)

Academic Qualification Required: Masters Degree in Management or Chartered Accountancy

Work Experience Required: Minimum 12 years work experience out of which at least 7 years in the Management level or above in Credit and Operation of any A, B or C class Bank/Financial Institution.

Other knowledge and Skills Required

• Must be proficient in Overall Banking Operations, Credit Process & Risk Analysis, Recovery, Marketing, Accounting, Data Analysis and Administration.
• Possess knowledge of NRB prudential norms, reporting requirements & prevailing laws applicable to the banking sector and have the ability to formulate and implement policy guidelines.
• Possess the ability to set and achieve targets for measurable business growth. you ao
• Possess leadership quality, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills and must be able to multitask.
• Proficiency in CBS Pumori IV & Credit Approval Process software shall be an added advantage.
• Must be proficient in computer software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
