China International Water & Electric Corp., Nepal, a leading engineering and construction company, is seeking applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the following position.

Position : BOQ Engineer

Required No. : 1

Education

• Master's in Electrical Engineering preferred;
• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering acceptable

Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender document preparation and business development.
• Experience working with government institutions, projects, tenders and contracts.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and other systems.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costing.
• Experience in project marketing, client engagement & proposal preparation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.
• Strong research skills and curiosity for current and emerging topics.
• Must have Nepali Engineering Council (NEC) license and a passed engineering degree from a recognized top university.

1. Work Location : Kathmandu, Nepal
2. Nature of Work : Preparation/review of BOQs, tender support, cost estimation and business development activities.
