Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of marketing and business development strategies.
- Ability to travel to nearby districts as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the reach of the institution.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with school teachers, principals, Training institutes and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with post-SEE training institutes, laboratories, pharmacy organizations, and other relevant institutions.
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities for partnerships and student enrollment growth.
- Represent the institution in meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up with potential students and partner organizations.
- Travel to nearby districts as part of business expansion and promotional activities.
