Dolma Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (DAPL) is seeking an Impact and Communications Associate to join their team in Kathmandu. This role blends impact data, sustainability, and strategic communications, supporting Dolma's work across renewable energy, healthcare, technology, and other high-growth sectors.

DAPL is looking for someone who can manage impact reporting, lead digital communications, develop knowledge products, and contribute to meaningful value creation within our portfolio companies.

Dolma invites applications from highly qualified Nepali nationals including NRNs, for the position outlined below.
