VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Empowering Women of Nepal (EWN), a local grassroots organization based in Pokhara, is seeking a qualified individual to join the EWN's Project as an Exchange Participant for the year 2026. The project focuses on empowering and educating communities through tourism and entrepreneurial development.

Position : Tourism Instructor

Required No. : 01

Location : Pokhara and other assigned field locations

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training, workshops bo skills Ps, seminars, and practical sessions to enhance tourism
• Develop training modules and learning materials
• Facilitate community engagement and outreach activities
• Support entrepreneurship related activities within the community
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, or a related field *Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree*
• Previous experience in the tourism sector is encouraged
• Strong understanding of responsible tourism principles, practices, and current trends
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-cultural environment
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
• Fluent in English
• Age: 18-35 years
