Security Officer

Excel Development Bank Limited, is a "B" class financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, with its network spread across Koshi Province and its Central Office located at Birtamod, Jhapa. The bank invites applications from self-motivated, qualified, and result-oriented Nepali citizens to fulfill the following positions immediately.

Position: Security Officer

Required No.: 1 (Position Negotiable)

Requirement

• Retired personnel from Nepal Police (Civil/Armed) at the rank of Sub-inspector/Inspector with a minimum 5 years experiences in security management, intelligence including CCTV surveillance monitoring related jobs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous real-time CCTV monitoring of assigned branch premises, ATMs, and vulnerable points during non-operational / night hours.
• Ensure prompt threat identification, immediate reporting, and escalation of unauthorized entry, perimeter breaches, or suspicious activity.
• Maintain direct liaison with local police stations, emergency control rooms, and bank management during night incidents.
• Maintain daily night-shift incident logs, surveillance logs, and system discrepancy reports.
• Periodically verify remote system health, camera feeds, and security alarm functionality across all covered branches.

Other Technical Knowledges/Attributes

• Practical knowledge of CCTV monitoring equipment, DVR/NVR systems, remote alarm systems, and basic computer operation.
• High alertness, ability to work dedicated night shifts, sharp crisis-handling skills etc.
