Flip Nepal Resorts, operating under the brand Himalayan Hideaway Resort Pokhara-Centara Collection, a premier destination in Pokhara, is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences to its guests.

Position: Executive Chef

Location: Kaskikot, Pokhara Metropolitan City, Kaski Nepal

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 20+ years in culinary leadership roles, preferably in reputed hospitality establishments.
• Extensive expertise in Thai cuisine, with demonstrated ability to design authentic and innovative menus.
• Significant experience working in four and five-star hotels, preferably with international brands.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and inspire kitchen staff.
• Proven track record in kitchen operations, food quality control, hygiene standards, and cost management.
• Strong understanding of menu engineering, food presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Relevant academic qualification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
