Flip Nepal Resorts is about to launch the resort in Kaskikot, a premier destination in Pokhara and is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Position: General Manager

Qualifications 

• Proven experience in in hospitality management or a similar role with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the pre-opening of hospital business.
• Proven experience in top managerial positions with four and five-star hotels with international brand and have experience working for over 15 years.
• Substantial experience as a Chief Hotel Manager.
• Strong academic background and degree in Hospitality Management.
• Excellent knowledge of Marketing Fundamentals, Leadership, Revenue Management, Financial Statements, and Customer Service.
