Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (Master preferred) from a School of Education at a reputed university
• Fields of study: Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Progressive Education, or STEM Education
• Training in play-based learning, Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP), or Montessori/Reggio Emilia philosophy is a strong plus

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years in an academic leadership role such such as Elementary Head, Primary Coordinator, or Academic Head at a progressive school
• Substantial classroom teaching experience at the primary/elementary level with expertise in child-centered pedagogy
• Experience in parent communication, child assessment systems, and grade-level curriculum planning
• Track record of building nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally supportive learning environments

Compensation
