Required No.: 1

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (Master preferred) from a School of Education at a reputed university
• Fields of study: Progressive Education, Physical Education, Arts Education, Child Development, or related disciplines
• Additional qualifications in sports management, performing arts, or outdoor education are a strong plus

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years as Extra-Cun Head, Activity Coordinator, or Student Life Director at a reputed progressive school
• Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and evaluating school-wide co-curricular programmes
• Experience in managing inter-school competitions, cultural events, field trips, and community outreach initiatives
• Track record of building student participation and engagement in diverse activity programmes

Compensation
