Position:  Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute annual/medium-term business plans; drive deposit mobilization, credit expansion, and product diversification aligned with organizational strategy.
• Ensure achievement of revenue, cost and profitability targets, monitor branch/department P&L, budget utilization and variance analysis.
• Oversee credit appraisal, approval and monitoring; ensure portfolio quality (NPL control), provisioning adequacy. and adherence to risk appetite.
• Perform other duties as directed by CEO.
• Determined personality, result oriented and strong personal relationship skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12 years experience with 8 Years (for Managerial Level) of relevant and progressive work experience in financial institutions with focus in credit department (shall be preferred working in Commercial and Development Banks)
• Candidate must have knowledge of monitoring the finance's credit portfolio to assess credit quality, credit risk is managed prudently, in line with regulatory requirements and the institution's risk appetite, to support sustainable growth and profitability 
• Candidates must have minimum Master Degree in Management/Banking/Finance/Business Administration from recognized university.
• Age: not exceed 50 Years.
