Position: Branch Managers

Required No: Few

Location: Inside and Outside Valley

Level: Up to Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations, business activities, customer service, and administrative functions.
• Achieve assigned branch targets related to deposits, lending, revenue generation, and profitability.
• Promote company products and services and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, business communities, and stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, banking; Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum5 years of relevant experiencein Banks and Financial Institutions (BFIs), preferably with exposure to
• branch operations, credit, and business development.
• Good communication, leadership, customer handling, and analytical skills.
