Position: Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the department's strategic and operational goals.
• Ensure effective risk management, compliance and service excellence.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve business growth targets.
• Supervise, motivate, and guide team members for optimal performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Master's Degree in Management, Finance or Banking from renowned university.
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in a manager level. (Preferred Development Bank and Commercial Bank)
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, operations and banking products.
